“OK...”
Current Employee – been working at DSW
Pros – The best reason to work is the discount on shoes! And you also get a discount on furniture... Its an okay place to work not stressful. I personally consider it "something to do".
Cons – The downside of working here is the management. They don't communicate well with each other which then does not lead the crew by good example.
Advice to Senior Management – Get it together! Be fair! Set rules and stick with it. Don't let the employees tell you what they will/will not do. Be the BOSS!
