Pay OK for Michigan. Remodeled areas are nice,
Cons
Unspoken rule is to work however many hours it takes, even weekends and never bill for over 40 hours per week. You can but if you do you'll get paid once and shown the door the next week.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop treating people like Walmart workers
