DTN's management is competent, understanding, and is always clear about what the expectations are. I feel that as an employee, my hard work is truly appreciated, and that alone helps me to feel excited to show up to work each day.

Cons

DTN is a large company, so no matter what, you are sort of a small fish in a big pond and will often be treated as such. However, if you are willing to put in the time and effort, you can and will advance.

Advice to Senior Management

DTN would benefit from clearer communication systems between leasing zones. Often, customers will call in asking for information on other DTN communities, and leasing agents can do nothing more than offer customers a different individual phone number to refer them to.
