    Pros

Strong leadership of the company across regions in India - the PM & Transaction team leadership worked cohesively to address client related issues & business development.

    Cons

Leadership changes in 2009/2010 brought a lot of differences within the organisation in India. Thereafter the recent takeover by UGL has also brought about a lot of change & many of the team members who were in the company in India from 2008/2010 have moved on - a fresh beginning may help in bringing back the good times?

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
