    Good managerial support, training and eye on safety

    Cons

    Performance evaluation are surely performed however pay raises are slow or null at best. Some EE are still waiting after months.

    Continue supporting operations & place mire focus on EE satisfaction, which produces operational success.

    It has been fair. Expectations are high and the pace is fast, yet the rewards and response do not fit the expectations.

    Flexible with time.

    Ample "red tape".
    Lack of technology.
    Compensation below market.
    Low morale.
    Constant management changes.
    Unknown about future state/direction.
    Lack of communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    So far senior management has been very slow in both action and communication. There is a lot of red tape and employees and managers cannot move within their departments. Please listen and be quick to respond and act.
