Lots of opportunities to meet with high level and high wealth leaders in real estate

Director (Current Employee)
Frankfurt am Main (Germany)

ProsLots of opportunities as Associate Director and up to independently pursue business development opportunities

ConsA lot of employees barely have high school diplomas, and have come up the ranks as real estate agenty. Professional expertise as one would expect from a consultancy is barely visible.
Virtually no team work or communication with the company

Advice to Senior ManagementVery incompetent senior management with no leadership skills. Most managers are former real estate agents and sales people without formal education.
Team work and communications is hardly supported.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
