Pros

Endless opportunities for growth. Team environment. Overall compensation is incomparable. Education is limitless. Patient care remains a priority. The company's core values are representative of life as a DaVita teammate.

Cons

Costs of health benefit package could definitely be lower.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue support of all teammates. The leadership selections require continuous attention as in years past. I love what DaVita respresents.

    Very fast paced and stressfull, keep cutting budgeted hours to make budget but its unsafe and unrealistic.

    Pros

    Love the patients and the people I work with in the clinic.

    Cons

    The business part of Davtia. They force administrators to make unrealistic cuts in budgeted hours within a facility and the environment is stressful and unsafe. The people working the business end of it are reaping all the benifits while the rest of the people work are working and caring for the patients that make them money are not getting paid what they are worth, The business people are getting bonuses of thousands to millions, the people caring for the patients aren't getting bonuses, raises are capped at only 1-2% increases if we get them. the business people spend rediculious amounts to have "meetings that are more like parties" about every month this is a waste of money that could be use towards paying employees more or provideing them with opportunity for education.
