Pros
Pretty decent benefits package with competitive starting salary. The people in Daelim are hard working and competent in their respective fields.
Cons
The hours require you to stay on the job until the task is completed. Especially when there is a deadline, Saturdays and Sundays are not optional.
Advice to Senior Management
More transparency and more bonus such as thanksgiving bonus in order to compete with other Korean conglomerates such as Lotte, Samsung, Hyundai have to offer their employees.

there's a huge chunk of the workforce who are hired on a contract basis (19-20% IMHO) who didn't receive an inkling of appreciation. bummer
