Can make it worth your while to understand what they do. Decent benefits, unless you plan on using the benefits (ie have children etc) your total compensation is not as much.

Cons

Busy work, everyone juggles balls. If you need low pressure and family/work balance, don't bother. Looking for high dollar salary, look elsewhere. Looking for a standard minimum raise every year, look elsewhere.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more organized, commit to your promises. To many false promises and employee moral will be lower than what it is currently.
