Pros

As long as you show that you are worthy the responsibility you are given, you enjoy a lot of freedom at work.

Cons

There was a lack of feedback from the management. My work was hardly ever evaluated. I must say that I had a junior position, and it is probably not like this at a more senior level.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should focus more on deep coverages of stories with political and/or societal value, and less on easy readings.
