Pros – - Worked well around college schedule most times
- decent pay and sometimes good tips

Cons – - Management is very disrespectful
- No room for advancement unless you work their for 15+ years
- Morale is terrible
- Departments work to aggravate other departments on purpose
- Extremely unprofessional

Advice to Senior Management – Your employees are an assets as much as your customers. Look at current management and see if you are grossly missing incompetence.
