I worked at Daiichi Sankyo full-time

    Pros

I had a good manager (but that isn't typical), the cheerleading sessions were entertaining, salary was average and if you live in TX this is a really good gig.

    Cons

I don't live in TX. Welchol what? Zero stability/always talk of layoffs even though they constantly reassure everyone that they are finished with the layoffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Restructure the commission plans (AGAIN). One of these times it is bound to be right.

A great first job to have out of college, but glad to now be out of the pharmaceutical industry!

I worked at Daiichi Sankyo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Both of the managers I had were great. Only experienced being micromanaged when they were feeling the heat from their boss, which is to be expected.

    Cons

Working in PODs. Additionally the products became really boring to sell and when my territory was restructured a lot of my targets were taken away but I wasn't given any new ones.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Welchol will not be a billion dollar drug. EVER.
