I have been working at Daiichi Sankyo full-time

    Pros

You will have broader responsibility than at big pharma, and will get good functional experience. You will work hard and be recognized for it.

    Cons

The culture of nice may be an obstacle to honest feedback and accountability. People will work around you rather than deal with an issue directly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your eye on the external competition, think global, and fix your eyes on the future. Sr management can be too internally focused.
