    Pros

    It is a good solid company with good benefits.

    Cons

    Management singles out employees and can't seem to figure our schedules. Management treats older employees poorly doesn't like employees to give suggestions and basically does not listen. The only persons that count are those in the office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    LISTEN, include employees in decisions pertaining to their jobs and ask for suggestions. Build a better company re pore and work with employees. The best managers are those who work with their employees and do not nick pick and criticize employees constantly. Don't make stupid performance rules rating from one to three with instructions "no one gets a 3". Show some appreciation to those employees who work for them. Give them movie tickets for a job well done or a dinner certificate...rewards do not have to be huge...simple jesters of appreciation are always better incentives.
