“Friendly and good, honest work.”
Current Employee – been working at Dairy Queen part-time for less than a year
Pros – A definite pro would be that I'm able to connect with new people everyday from the simple service of handing them ice cream
Cons – It can get a bit messy and we have to work most holidays. From working with such young people, ego and attitude sometimes gets on the way.
Advice to Senior Management – Have Dairy Queen closed on important, known, holidays such as July Fourth, Easter, and Memorial Day along with Christmas Eve
