ProsSr. Leadership is committed to success and seems to know Federal client landscape well.
Willing to give people some bench time when a contract unexpectedly ends.

ConsMicromanagement, expectations for lots of uncompensated overtime, unrealistic view of the customer environment. Bit of a rosy picture.
