“School by school basis”
Current Employee – been working at Dallas Independent School District full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – My school is a great place to work.
Working with young kids
Cons – Very beauracratic
Feels like central office has no idea of what really happens in the classroom.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop piling more work on teachers. Let them teach.
