I have been working at Dana Corporation

Pros

People at the lower ranks are nice. There are people you can trust. Work can be challenging at times. There are supervisors who like to help.

Cons

Dead end jobs - little chance for advancement. Once you enter a department, "they" label you for that role and they will treat you as able to perform only those jobs.

    I worked at Dana Corporation

    Pros

Company tries to maintain employee benefits even in the present economic downturn. A lot of good people were forced out of the organization due to the auto slump.

    Cons

Could have diversified into the alternative energy market earlier. Management at the Thermal Division was to laid back and depended exclusive on the auto sector. Needed a better stratgic plan.
