Good people working very hard to try and grow their business.

Cons

The Corp has sucked the life out of our division and has not put any money back into it for sustainability or growth.
The Corp has no long term vision. Quarterly results for shareholders is the extent of their ability to manage.
Wages have essentially been frozen for the last 10 years. Unless you are one of the top dogs who get huge bonuses.

Advice to Senior Management

Get out and give the job to someone who cares about the companies future and its people.
