Dana Corporation – “Forward Looking Company. In recovery mode. Will bounce back.”

Pros

Name recognition. People know the Dana brand in the industry and respect it. Global company which provides manyh opportunities and challenges. Pay is decent, benefits are average (everyone is in the same boat).

Cons

Global company so you are just a number. Don't feel the one on one with all of management. Quick to cut people when times are bad. Struggling after coming out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy because of the poor economic conditions.

Advice to Senior Management

The powers that run the company spend their life for the company, they work 24/7/365 and I'm very proud and impressed to see that. They are compesated for doing so, but for those of us in the trenches, we are working our butts off during out hours at work and don't like to be bothered over mundane details when it is our time off with family.
