Pros – It's good to be part of the larger, strong Danaher organization, to gain the benefits a large organization can bring.
Cons – Seperate operating companies are often marching to different drummers based on their individual business needs. Hard to serve multiple masters at times
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the focus on recruiting and retaining top notch people. Recognize accomplishments and celebrate success as a team and you will keep winning.
