Danaher – “doesn't care quality”

Danaher Quality Engineer:   (Current Employee)

Pros

managers are generally nice. job is relatively stable...not much self development oppertunity

Cons

but company is all about OTD, doesn't take quality seriously..no long term development plan. good at operation management, control cash flow......

Advice to Senior Management

listen to employees, rather than asking the oppinion and put it in the trash can
