Institute a training program such as "Dandy College." Raise pay scale to at least area average. Ensure stores are in compliance with Labor Law regarding working conditions and breaks. Add at least one person per shift whose only responsibility is to deal with customers and free up everyone else for all the other tasks needed to operate the store.
