Pros

International Company with a large organization creates great opportunities

Cons

Starting at the bottom, Danfoss might seem too big and too bueraucratic. Also many employees are Danes, which is not necessarily bad, but hinders international networking

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create career plans for employers at the bottom and not only on higher management

    Pros

    Good mobility/career options. Good work/life balance. Great product back by consistent innovation and a strong brand name.

    Cons

    Recent move towards centralized marketing & distribution strategy (Refrigration Controls Division and Power Electronics Division) has demotivated entrapreneurial employees and managers by stripping them of autonomy, damaged existing customer relationships by closing direct accounts and cramped margins.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire good people that you trust to staff the global sales companies. Set local management free and they will reward you and the company.
