Former Employee – worked at Darden full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – They are a very well-run company. Every Manager I worked for was very professional and hard-working.

Cons – The three-table maximum at Olive Garden affected income during my time as a server.

Advice to Senior Management – My advice would be to enforce the rule that servers should clear the table as they go. This makes the job of the busser significantly more efficient.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
