I have been working at Darden part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    great people, good company ideals

    Cons

hosts at Seasons 52 do not get paid enough and are expected to do much more work outside of their job description, especially on busy weekend nights: you end up bussing tables, running food, and not getting tipped out for it

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

tip out your hosts or stop making them do work to help servers make more money, when they are getting paid the same LOW hourly wage
