I worked at Darden part-time for more than a year
Pros – Day One Health coverage. Weekly pay. 50% off meals when you work. 15% off when you visit the restaurant or one of the sister chains. Comprehensive training.
Cons – Minimum consistency with set scheduling. Other than that no major problems
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the progressive training.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
