    Pros

    Good advertising? Remodeled older Longhorns.

    Cons

    They treat employees like a number, after RARE Hospitality had treated employees like family. After working for Longhorn for over 11 years, I got fired for violating a policy I didn't even know existed.

    Advice to Management

    Inform employees of all policies... Especially longtime employees that were acquired from RARE. And if a policy states that an employee can be disciplined or terminated, choose disciplinary action when the employee has always shown loyalty and has a completely clean file.
