I have been working at Darden part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Very flexible scheduling, good money depending on location/customer traffic.

Cons

Only cares about numbers, nothing personal about it from a corporate viewpoint. Doesn't matter what's best for the employees, and managers always have to take the customer's side.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show more interest in the well-being and happiness of the employees rather than focusing only on percentages.
