Pros

Good money, great benefits. Everyone seems to try to get along. Mgmt listens to employees and takes their recommendations.

Cons

No breaks, long hours. Some servers can be too demanding and not patient enough. Can be stressful at times. Can be really hot on the cook line but you learn to accept it.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more attentive to employees who work hard and deserve more in ways of advancement opportunities.

good training, friendly environment, great discounts internally and with other companies, varied benefits available to those with various levels of employment

    Cons

cater to rude guests over supporting employees at times, cost-saving measures have affected some quality of product, lack of opportunities to advance internally/look to hire externally for management

Find ways to keep existing guests while attracting new ones that don't sacrifice quality or cater to a class of guest that borders on abusive or disrespectful to employees.
