Darden – “Good place to work”

Pros

great beneifits, good people, and good money. They try to work with you most of the time. Good place to work while in school.

Cons

Hard to move up there. They always say they are ready to work with you to go threw management but they dont ever tell you whats going on.

Advice to Senior Management

Communicate better. Dont get so over worked about everything and take a deep breath before you explode on people. Your not the only ones that have to deal with rude people all day!
