Low pay for skilled work but fairly easy and flexible

Lifeguard (Current Employee) Darien Center, NY

Prosfrequent paid breaks, flexible schedule, work id = season pass, admission ticket with weekly paycheck/stub

Conslow pay, far from major towns and cities,

Advice to Senior ManagementI'm kind of a slave to debt, rent and car insurance and I'm far from alone in this. Maybe you could argue that's not Darien Lake's problem but it's kind of a four way balancing act when you include a job. If any one of these things were to go wrong so does everything else. Higher pay is necessary to maintain a stable workforce. This park is too big to rely on local kids who don't have such problems. There's not enough of them.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
