the majority of the people are great to work with and team oriented. The travel is primarily west coast. Benefits package is still vey good yet it continues to be reduced. it is a co-op

communication needs improvement, searching for new CEO as current one is retiring. currently outsourcing its logistics department to a third party. many programs start and loose momentum

improve communication. keep momentum and be more selective on projects that benefit the company long term
