Milk doesn't always do a body good

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Seattle, WA

ProsGood 401K. Ability to work at my own pace and make my own schedule. Little to no micro managing. Free parking and bus passes.

ConsThere isn't much room for growth and if there is, it's a very slow process. People are nice but on the surface. I don't know anyone in the building that is actually friends outside of work - just not a very fun environment. People don't work cross functionally and there are a lot of silos. It's a mans world so good luck getting promoted if you are a woman....I don't think there are any women VPs and very few women managers. It's not horrible ...it looks good on a resume but it's not a place to stay long term if you are young.

Advice to Senior ManagementRealize this isn't 1980 and start making some changes to engage people of the future.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
