Excellent doctors and nurses.

Cons

Poor overnight/weekend test availability, especially MRIs. They have to call in a technician from home, which they only do in emergencies. But what if you're not sure it's an emergency? Then you have to try to convince a radiologist to call in the technician. If you don't call in the technician and it turns out that it was an emergency, get ready to talk to a lawyer.
