Current Employee – been working at Dasman Model School as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – Working with teachers who have worked all over the world has opened my eyes to the global unity of English.

Cons – It is so far away from my family in Canada.

Advice to Senior Management – Discuss ideas with staff before making decisions.
