Pros

no layoffs, safe company; Great work - life balance
Cutting edge technology - the company produces software for 3D modeling so the technology is pretty good.
Also the company invests significant money in research and development so I think it has a good future.

Cons

Not much growth;
French culture - so most of the bosses are French and you need to have French connections to do well in the company.
Salary is not competitive especially the raises.
Senior management direction is not good.

Advice to Senior Management

Not in tune with customer / industry needs;
The management needs to do better planning and management of resources.
