Leading PLM companywith very much visionary strategy and big R&D investment

Cons

Very much French management manner with comme to the surface as "franch" way of managrement and manly promotion of Froench people to executeve roles

Advice to Senior Management

The current direction is good. More focus on global processes and effectivnes of communications between brands.
