Dassault Senior Software Engineer in Woodland Hls, CA:   (Past Employee - 2009)

Pros

The software engineers at DSA were very talented and extremely personable. That made the workplace environment very appealing. Benefits are outstanding. Management of the R&D was great.

Cons

There is no upward mobility. Although it is great to have so many people there with 20+ years of experience in the company, the company lacks new and young blood. The pay is on the low end of salary averages.

Advice to Senior Management

More opportunities for the few young engineers to take more leadership roles. Better pay and more communication with the parent company in France.
