Great products and team

PLM Consultant (Former Employee) Montreal, QC (Canada)

Pros- Exposure to PLM products such as CATIA, ENOVIA, etc. heavily used in many fields of engineering
- Friendly and supportive teammates
- Possibility to travel and consult at different customers worldwide, if interested
- Great office location near metro station (in Old Montreal)

Cons- Low pay compared to industry standards
- Very high turnover in the Engineering department. If you have a background in Mechanical Engineering, you might not stay very long in the company, unless you are willing to change departments and/or willing to work more in the IT/computer engineering field (since it's a software company).

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the strategy of the Engineering department; it's bleeding out.

    Great company

Software Engineer (Current Employee) Vélizy-Villacoublay (France)

I have been working at Dassault Systemes full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: Biggest software editor in France. Technical challenges, if you get lucky to work on something… Cons: Location : velizy is a nightmare, there are daily traffic jams, and the tram is not ready yet. Salaries below market average,… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
