Is a state of the art facility, providing opportunities for carrying out high tech research. Working environment is quite relaxed very similar ( as expected ) to a university setting.

Cons

Sometimes, students are not offered sufficiently challenging roles. This might also be because students sometimes do not have the necessary expertise for the positions.

Advice to Senior Management

Better placement of interns in appropriate roles within the organization would be required. Learning curve is really good for new interns and current practices can be maintained
