Cons

when managers aren't partying they are surfing the net and too busy to offer any assiatant to sales team. Training, what a joke.Trainer clearly wants to sell their own website instead of the companies.Traner offers nothing. Management offers nothing. largest turnover in town. The goal is to use the sales people up then hire new ones

Advice to Management

    Pros

The potential to make the money is there but very few actually achieve it. Great work schedule, and love being able to dress down every day.

    Cons

Management is a joke here, everyone wants to just goof off and have fun. There is no actual leadership or training. If you arent a top performer you will be removed from the company after not too long. They are a company that is just looking to capitalize on a market before anyone else does and make the big wigs as much money as they can. Salary (30k a year) is a joke as is any sort of commission check you can hope to get. Never actually had to use the benefits so can't speak on those. Over all one of the worst jobs I've ever had in my life.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to actually be an effective manager, yelling at some and partying with others is not any sort of way to build up morale or a good environment.

    Pros

Fun people, fun enviornment, m-f schedule, easy commute, sell and your manager / upper management leaves you alone almost entirely, the commission structure is ok and you can make 3k - 4k a month easily, good sales people make 4 to 7k and then the top performers make 7k+.

    Cons

Product does not work well so you have to deal with selling it then having to explain why the results are not so great, upper management thinks that by yelling/write ups/ignoring you they will get people to sell more , if you can sell you are treated like a king though. Also the chargebacks are the worst - hundreds to thousands taken from paychecks. A ton of the top performers left because of this and they do not seem to care about employee retention. Complaints are also not taken seriously.

    Advice to Management

They need more training on how to manage effectivly, respectfully and motivate employees instead of using threats as motivation. There is alot of turn over and team switching, this is not just one manager that has done this to fellow coworkers. Don't get me wrong some managers are really good but a huge chunk have big issues they take out on their teams.
