Pros

you start out needing very little to be successful, especially if you are a good looking girl. Yes that's right! The whole company is run by men. So if you've got the looks, you've got the job (although no one will ever be able to prove it because the managers only talk about it behind closed doors). If you're a guy, you'll have to either present yourself as a hotshot sales person, or a lame frat boy type that is willing to kiss but all the time and be a mangers little play thing. Once you get passed all that, the job is cake. Sit in a cubicle all day and make 100+ phone calls. Nobody is real uptight, people have waterguns and arcade game that they play around with, and until your second or third month, you really don't have someone watching over you. If you are good and you can sell you will make friends there and have a lot of support. If you don't then you won't, and you will be back on this website again, looking at reviews.

Cons

Sitting in a cubicle all day rotting your brains out in front of a stupid computer while you try to track people down on the other end of the phone.Typical inside sales position. If you can handle that you can handle the job.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You guys are phony liars and biggots that look down on other people just because you think you are hotshot sales people. Screw you.

    Pros

Fast paced and usually great energy. Perfect entrance to the corporate world for recent graduates and those new to the industry.

    Cons

Office energy has significantly dropped. Things have gotten harder since media hasn't had a new city launch in over 6 months. Management is having the same high expectations when it is simply harder to find prospects. Monthly quota is higher than it should be, but still achievable for top dogs. No growth from sales unless you are a top hitter, which is doable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To treat all employees more like they're significant than disposable, not just the top hitters.
