Pros

Immense opportunities for learning for those who seek them.
Flexible environment - employees are respected as the adults that they are. The focus is on delivering high quality work not "face time".
Smart, friendly & fun co-workers.
Solid salary, bonus (for all levels - not just execs), stock options & benefits.
Transparent communication from the exec team. The entire company gets together monthly to review company performance and share a meal - or happy hour.
Onsite company paid Crossfit & yoga!

Cons

Those who prefer a slow pace or are looking for a static role, keep looking, DLX is not the place for you.

    I have been working at Datalogix full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Flexibility allows for WFH when needed. Employs many good, smart people. Benefits and salary competitive. If you're clever and make the right connections, you can advance. Unlimited PTO, but depending on the dept. you're in you may not be able to take advantage of this benefit.

    Cons

    No 401K matching. They spend money on cross fit trainers 2x/week that less than 30% of the staff take advantage of but do NOT have any health club reimbursement. A long time employee on a team that avgs. 60hrs/wk was fired with no warning due to making too many mistakes. And no annoucement was made regarding her departure. After 8+ yrs at the company and it was like she never existed. The CEO is an egomaniac in love with the idea of transforming the company into a hip, hi-tech company where no one under 40 is employed-my impression. Once the company sells and goes public the executive staff will probably get richer and move on. Many people are working very hard and putting in many hours with no acknowledgement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop sending out surveys-like DLX digs-when mgmt is going to do what they want to do and not take into consideration staff feedback. PAYOUT 100% of accrued PTO. You can afford it!

    Pros

    Smart People. Great culture (work hard, play hard). Exciting and growing industry.

    Cons

    Don't value thier employees. Consider 30% attrition as "optimal".
