Datamonitor – “A seriously crap place to work”

Pros

The location is pretty convenient. It's OK as a first job if you don't intend to stay for long. Co-workers are nice.

Cons

This is a seriously crap place to work and I would caution anyone who is thinking of joining to think again. Senior management are, frankly, a joke and spend more time arguing amongst themselves than they do running the business. There is an aggressive focus on growing the business, which is fine, but it is done at the expense of employees and with complete disregard for their welfare. The benefits are laughable: poor pay (unless you are in sales), no pension, no health cover, etc. and do not even begin to cover the stress and hassle of the job. The brand is poor and much of the output is a standing joke with clients and staff alike. I left Datamonitor just under a month ago and I can't tell you how nice it is to be free of that place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
