Pros

Company can be fun. They have great ideas and programs but all were not followed at my site.

Cons

Corporate... Like any big company it comes down to the management at each site.

    Weekly stipend of game credits
    Food Discount
    Free meal on Saturdays

    Cons

    No Breaks
    Long shifts
    Reduced Hours to avoid paying for benefits
    Poorly organized
    Terrible Sections
    Slow table turns
    Poor Scheduling
    No Smoke breaks
    Poor training
    Easy to get written up or terminated

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop playing favorites with sections and shifts. Stop over scheduling. Be somewhere an employee can actually find you. Dress appropiately. Stop letting customers take advantage of you. Do your job.
    Dont cut hours back to 28 just so you don't have to pay for benefits.
    Enough with the 12 hour shifts with no breaks.

    Pros

    Good money for sure, but has steadily decreased since the remodel. I truly love 99% of my coworkers and guests.

    Cons

    Management is terrible, they do everything they tell us not to and then wonder why we lack respect. Unfortunately the promotions are given to those who beg, not those who deserve them. Scheduling is a constant issue, and I stead of sticking to the plan of merit based shifts, it's whoever's been there longer. Ugh.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Clean house!!! Find managers that care enough to have shift meetings more than 2 times a year and reward competent staff!! We literally do NOTHING to build a team ever!!
