Great people, fair pay, great benefits, but promotions are not made fairly

Adjunct Faculty (Current Employee)

ProsThe benefits are phenomenol. People are great that work there. If you are happy with the position that you were hired in at, this is the place to be. There are some opportunities for advancement, but many are given to "friends". Overall, I was very happy with my employment there.

ConsAdvancement is not as quickly as other places. Not a good work-life balance, but that could be the personalities of the people that work there.

Advice to Senior ManagementDr. Pappas is a great asset to DU. I was proud to see how he was leading the organization to vision 2015.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
