Pros

Great benefits, great location. Employees are nice.

Cons

No accountability for product delivery & Ownership. Executive leadership doesn't support change, the individual trying to make a change gets push back.

Frequent firing. Lack of communication from management.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need change in leadership. Need to hold employees accountable to progress and deliver products on time to market.

    Pros

    Staff are great and generally caring. Company is flexible in terms of leave.

    Cons

    Management have OCD about folding clothes and how visual merchandising looks. Yes it's important but they never stop harassing you if they're not happy.

    Give staff more freedom to give their ideas.
