Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Worked in hotel industry 30 plus, many different hotel chains, the absolute worst ever.

ProsNo pros except paycheck, the pay levels were bad also. Each year we had to do a survey pertaining to the job market wages were awful.

ConsManagement company that doesn't have a real clue what happens on this property, and they don't really care. Took Security completely out of this hotel, down hill from every aspect.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn some people skills, your Savey Style has allot to be desired considering management doesn't set examples of this themselves. Leaders need to lead your team how things are to be not go and hide from guest. There is so much more too.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
