Pros

There's long term employment if you want a job and not a career for those up to the middle management rank in a profitable division.

Cons

Inconsistent accountability standards, risk management, strategic planning and operations management. Executive management is sometimes slow to correct poor leadership and performance issues from division leaders.

    Pros

    There are talented people in this organization; if only Sr Management would recognize them. Good work/life balance.

    Cons

    Poor benefits, inconsistency with salaries/bonuses. They will give Sr Management bonuses even when their business unit performed poorly.

    Give feedback and reward employees who work hard.
